With turkey day behind us. I have to admit growing up I hated Brussel Sprouts. They were always mushy and had this strange flavor which was not my favorite combination as a kid. But, like everything in life this changed and I decide to throw caution to the wind and try brussel sprouts again. And I have to say they are delicious when made properly.
